Jardine / Living on Vine / Hollywood, CA

Per the commercial “On Vine” that transformed into “Netfix on Vine”, bld was initially contracted in 2015 by Kilroy Real Estate as a core and shell project designed alongside Shimoda Design Group (Concept / Design Architect), GBD Architects (Architect of Record) and SkB Architects (Interior Design). This project is the luxury apartment tower “Living on Vine” that transformed into “Jardine” when Greystar took over the operations which created further customizations for this highly distinct mix of apartments, penthouse units, and club level penthouse homes.

The project included the design of approximately 10 typical living spaces, from penthouses to Junior 1 bedrooms homes. The amenities included a luxury entry, indoor and outdoor seating areas and gathering spaces, a private theater, a drawing room, a club room, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool and bar area. The theme, of course, was “Old Hollywood Glamor”

In 2022, the project was completed.
